MSG Interim Management Ltd trading as Your Dental Manager and YDM Business Coaching, takes great care to protect the personal data we hold for our clients in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The purpose of collecting and storing personal data about our clients is to ensure we:

• Fulfil any contracts we hold in relation to our clients

The personal data we process (processing includes obtaining the information, using it, storing it, securing it, disclosing it, and destroying it) for our clients includes:

When visitors leave comments on our website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Partner businesses requested and approved by the client to provide business support or services such as QuickBooks, Receipt Bank and Deputy Rota Manager
Client professional advisers such as accountants, banks and lawyers

We may also share personal information where we consider it to be in a client’s best interest.

Consent

MSG Interim Management Ltd will always obtains specific, unambiguous opt in consent from all clients to whom we send direct marketing information using personalised contact preference forms managed through our direct mail management system, Kulahub.

Contact preferences can be updated directly from our Kulahub outbound e-mails each time one is sent out.

Withdrawal of consent

Clients who have given their opt in consent have a right to withdraw their consent at any time. Clients are advised of their right to withdraw their consent for anything they wish to withdraw from in each of our Kulahub outbound e-mails and within this published policy.

Consent can be withdrawn by using the link sent with each Kulahub outbound mail or by sending an e-mail to data@msginterim.co.uk

Retention period

MSG Interim Management Ltd retains personal data records for as long as a client remains a client and for at least seven years after ceasing to be a client.

If you leave a comment on our website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Complaints

MSG Interim Management Ltd utilises global, corporate cloud processing/storage services for data security, continuity planning and to improve business processes. This involves transferring personal data to the relevant storage facilities outside of the EU, including: DropBox (USA), Evernote (USA), Xero (USA), QuickBooks (USA), Deputy Rota Manager (Australia), Receipt Bank (Germany)

Where applicable, we may disclose your personal information to any member of our group. This includes, where applicable, our subsidiaries, our holding company and its other subsidiaries (if any).
