Due to expansion, a client dental group with practices in Ilkley and Skipton has an excellent career opportunity for a Group Business Development Manager to work alongside the practice managers and support the principal dentists with overall growth, leadership marketing and development of the group. A pro-rata 4-day (to include Friday) or 5-day working week will be considered.
Previous leadership and business development experience within the dental sector is required.
The 3 practices are modern, vibrant, well-established, successful, mainly private, family dental businesses in the Yorkshire market towns of Ilkley and Skipton.
A full-time equivalent salary circa £30,000 + workplace pension is available dependent on experience. The position offers great career, training and progression opportunities for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will focus on marketing, brand, business development, patient communication, management of business change/projects and delivery of an excellent patient experience through strong leadership, management best practice and leading by example.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of business development, marketing and change management, with a broad range of management skills to help drive the group forward. You will be well organised, pro-active, adaptable, have excellent communication and people skills as well as a hands-on approach.
