Gunn Dental Care, located in Bramhope, North Leeds, West Yorkshire, has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, business-focused, part-time practice manager to support the principal dentist with day to day management of the practice, team leadership, business development and marketing.
The practice is a fully private, modern, vibrant, well-established, successful family dental business based in a local health centre alongside a GP practice and benefits from a semi-rural location with excellent links to Leeds and surrounding areas.
Full-time salary is in the region of £34,000, pro-rata to the number of days worked (2 or 3), dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will focus on delivery of the very best patient care, an excellent patient experience, effective marketing and high operational/administrative standards through strong leadership, management best practice and leading by example.
Previous management experience within dental or healthcare would be beneficial but not essential for the right candidate. You will be well organised, self-motivated, proactive, have excellent communication and people skills as well as being IT literate.
